"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" ~ Hippocrates, founder of modern medicine.

After 27 years of working in the health profession I have gained the insight that many diseases are preventable by good lifestyle choices including a predominantly plant based, wholefood organic diet, adequate excercise, reduction in exposure to toxins such as environmental toxins which are a bit harder to avoid, toxic thoughts and relationships and those which we have a little more control over namely: smoking, drugs and excessive use of alcohol as well as eating processed fast foods. My wish is to assist others in establishing optimum health and a state of wellness so that they can lead abundant, energetic lives and help create a sustainable future for our planet in which compassion and kindness exists. Once the body is in a state of well being, the individual is empowered to seek holistic health which incorporates wellness of mind and body.

I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I have...
